Though Huntsman is currently way behind in the polls, I would think this is a message and point of view that will resonate strongly with voters. It will be interesting to see if this support increases substantially as he focuses on this message.
  1. Tim Southernwood  @egoldstein Since the link takes one to the front page of the WSJ, I thought to include a direct link to the article.

This is one of several cases I have read about recently where U.S. firms in the alternative energy sector are taking legal action against Chinese companies. How this plays out will be interesting, and enormously impactful.

  1. arif  @egoldstein surprise, surprise, where the heck have you been Eric? Don’t tell me you took 4 months of break from Internet!

  2. Allsports  @egoldstein Well welcome back, it has been a while. As for the US companies taking legal action, good luck. The Chinese march to their own drummer and don’t care what the rest of the world thinks.

@mistrim came up with a suggestion on Google about creating an amp circle. It is an idea that has a lot of merit. We can all amp here and share things we find or thoughts we have through a very unique process and also talk, share or expand our thoughts on Google
If you are interested, then simply put your Google profile or " " name here so that we can all join hands so to speak.

Here are a few notables to get you started:
Eric Goldstein
Tim Southernwood
Joe Hackman
Arif Ali
Grey Drane
Ramon Nuez
Stefan Svartling
Alex Schleber
Elle D'Coda
Kurt Geer
me - Diane Bjorling

Have fun...

In sports (like most things), it often comes down to which team wants it more. Tonight, it sure seems like the Mavericks want it more than the Heat.

  1. Eric Goldstein  how quickly things change… Miami just went on a 14-0 run.

  2. Keith Phillips  @egoldstein So true when you say “it often comes down to which team wants it more.” Growing up, my Dad would always tell me that when we would watch the St. Louis Blues play on television.

@Eric Goldstein Can you create an easy way to EDIT posts prior to posting? Sometimes the formatting is off and it would be nice to remove the parts that dont look good. Even once posted it would be great to be able to easily edit posts. Thank you =)

Anyone who says LeBron James is the best player ever is crazy. He's not even the best player on his team. DeWayne Wade is carrying the Heat on his back!

  1. mg©o  there’s been some chatter about Pippen admitting James being better than Jordan @egoldstein

  2. Allsports  @egoldstein I tend to agree with you Eric but I would also like to see Dirk and his Dallas teammates put the #Heat away in the final

An interesting take on the meaning of social efforts, the approaches used and how that can be translated ( I sure can relate to the examples used) - great post by @ericsgoldstein

  2. Eric Phillips  @egoldstein That’s the best laugh I have had in the last 24hours … hahahahaha inkredible ;)

  1. arif  @egoldstein just noticed Twitter’s Jump to a featured account link/icon. It is very much similar to Amplify’s Mingle which came first. Eric, your streak continues, I cannot even count the number of social features you have implemented at Clipmarks and Amplify which ultima... more

The democrats must be praying that Donald Trump gets the nomination in the Republican Party.

  1. philip taylor  @egoldstein The ideal Republican ticket (for Democrats) would be Trump and Palin. FAIL!

  2. Jonathan Miller  Almost seems like it will certainly happen unless someone else from the party emerges. #tcot #tlot @egoldstein

Pretty awful showing tonight. One thing is clear... Landry Fields cannot start (and maybe shouldn't even play) anymore. He is so overwhelmed both offensively and defensively that his presence on the court really hurts the team. One other thing is pretty clear too... Jared Jeffries might be the worst offensive player in NBA history.
  1. Allsports  @egoldstein sorry to say Eric but the Knicks are in way over their head against the Celtics.Maybe they might win one but the golf course is beckoning.

I recently started watching the show Mad Men. I'm only 5 episodes into season one but so far it is sadder and darker than I anticipated. Instead of glamorizing the fast paced nature of being an advertising executive in the 1950s it portrays the emotional impact of that lifestyle on individuals and families. I think I'm hooked... looking forward to watching more of it.

  1. Shannon Bedell  @egoldstein The later seasons aren’t as good, but the what an amazing show with complex characters and we love how meticulous the set design is too! Enjoy!

  2. David Bennett  @egoldstein Been watching it from Day One - it’s brilliant, isn’ it. Just like real life unfolding in all its shades -

I wonder if Conan O'Brien's show is doing well on TBS. I haven't watched it at all or heard much about it.

  1. joeganci  Except for maybe Craig Furgeson. That guy has me in stitches too.

  2. Terracina Rosenberg  @egoldstein Funny how it’s hard to catch the show now that it’s not on NBC. I miss it.
