Exciting updates for mCLASS Math!

As we plan for the upcoming school year, we’re continuing to enhance mCLASS® Math—finding ways to provide you with clearer insights, stronger reporting, and more flexible support for assessment and progress monitoring activities. These updates are designed to help educators better understand student performance and take action with confidence.

Whether you’re using mCLASS Math on its own or alongside Boost Math® or Amplify Desmos Math, this page highlights what’s already available and what’s coming next.

Updates for the 2026–27 school year

To help you plan for the year ahead with confidence, we’re previewing some of the exciting enhancements now available.

Expanded mCLASS Math for grades K–8

mCLASS Math has expanded into grades 6–8! Reporting for grades 6–8 aligns with the K–5 experience, ensuring consistency across grade levels. Interested in samples? Check out our sample mCLASS Math items for grades K–8.

mCLASS Math K–5 Spanish

Spanish translations are now available for K–5 assessments, helping educators broaden their reach and serve more students effectively.

Boost Math is data-driven by mCLASS Math.

We’re also excited to announce Boost Math product enhancements that are designed to streamline your Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Boost Math is powered by mCLASS Math Benchmark data, using both performance results and student thinking insights to inform instruction. Platform updates

You now have the option to use our redesigned Activity Pages, which feature a left sidebar, informational tabs, and lesson screens at the top of the page. This optional reconfiguration allows you to see each lesson immediately and access relevant resources and tools more easily.

Noteworthy mCLASS Math feature enhancements

These features are already available to help you plan lessons, target learning, and support students more efficiently.

New features in mCLASS Math reports offer even more visibility into student learning.

mCLASS Math reports are now easier to understand, more intuitive, and more actionable than ever, so you can spend less time searching for information and more time responding to student needs.

  • The new Progress Monitoring Report includes several exciting updates for tracking student growth between benchmarks. In addition to displaying domain-level interpretations (Well Below, Below, and Benchmark), the report will also show how many questions each student got right on each form. Teachers can also track how students are progressing towards their goals with the Progress toward goal column. Finally, all progress monitoring scores will now be available via download.   • Student Thinking Reports now include direct links to recommended activities, so you can move from insight to action more quickly. Learn more about the Student Thinking Report.

  • Individual Student Reports now provide a simple, unified view of each student’s progress across all Amplify math products that they have access to, addressing the need for an easy, at-a-glance understanding of performance. This tool is designed to make it easier for educators to communicate student progress with families and caregivers. Learn more in this Individual Student Reports article.

  • Track math fact fluency development over time with Fluency Reports, which help reinforce foundational skills that support overall math success. Learn more in the Math Fluency Practice: Overview article.
