We’re committed to developing learning experiences that are rigorous and riveting for both students and educators. Our professional development (PD) offerings are designed to support you and your classroom through each stage of implementation of your Amplify program(s).
Amplify core programs
Amplify creates K–12 core and supplemental curriculum, assessment, and intervention programs for today’s students. Amplify core programs engage all students with challenging content by creating multiple entry points and different modalities to access the content. We also empower teachers with tools to provide robust scaffolding and differentiated instruction to ensure that all of their students can fully engage with rigorous subject matter.

About Amplify Professional Development (PD)
Our PD features high-quality session design that sets all teachers up for success with Amplify programs—whether years into using them or just starting out. We offer a range of unique packages for each phase of an implementation, with sessions strategically bundled for multiple touch points throughout the year.
You can further customize your package by adding enhancement sessions such as Launch and Strengthen for leaders, as well as biliteracy sessions to build capacity in teachers and leaders to meet the needs of all learners within Amplify’s core programs.

Year 1 packages
Built to support those who are new to Amplify core programs, our Year 1 packages offer five options to meet your needs. Each package supports up to 30 participants in similar grade-bands.

The program overview for leaders supports district and school-level instructional leaders in effectively supporting the implementation of the program. Leaders will learn the foundational elements of the program, build an understanding of the key teacher and student practices to look for in classrooms, and develop an implementation plan.

Strengthen your Amplify implementation with sessions that support personalized learning and practice in your classroom. In your PD package, you can choose from a variety of unique Strengthen sessions that promote a deeper implementation of the supplemental program.
Amplify will closely partner with you to select the appropriate session(s) that will deepen educators’ understanding of your Amplify program(s) and equip them with the tools they need to strengthen student’s learning outcomes.

Please note that while these packages support educators with experience with Amplify core programs, you can choose to add Launch Enhancement sessions to support new teachers.

Biliteracy enhancement options
Launch and Strengthen biliteracy sessions are available to support educators teaching with both Amplify CKLA and Amplify Caminos. These sessions are available as a 6 hour on-site or virtual overview.

Biliteracy initial training sessions are designed for educators who are new users to Amplify CKLA and Amplify Caminos. In our session, educators are oriented to the key components of each program, including learning how to navigate, teach, and monitor student progress, while exploring content, program resources and the connections between the two curriculums. Participants will leave the session with foundational knowledge and skills necessary to begin implementing both curriculums in their particular biliteracy model.

Deepen your understanding of your next CKLA and Caminos unit by engaging in a step-by-step unit and lesson planning protocol. Leave prepared to implement your next CKLA and Caminos unit with a completed unit plan and internalized lessons for your particular biliteracy model.
Audience: Teachers, instructional staff (maximum 30 participants)
Language: This session is facilitated in both English and Spanish.
Strengthen: Amplify CKLA + Caminos Knowledge enhancing practice for teachers
On-site or virtual, 3 hours
Practice implementing key lesson routines to strengthen your Amplify CKLA + Caminos instruction. Leave with guidelines for routines you can implement in your biliteracy classroom tomorrow.
