About Amplify assessment and intervention programs
Assessment
mCLASS is an all-in-one system for Science of Reading-based universal screening, dyslexia screening, and progress monitoring. Powered by DIBELS® 8th Edition, mCLASS helps you measure and strengthen the foundational skills that all students need to become confident readers. Part of the mCLASS® Español suite, mCLASS Lectura is a universal screener for K–6 built on modern Spanish literacy research that helps educators accelerate reading growth for Spanish-speaking students by delivering complete parity between English and Spanish reading assessments.

Intervention

Each assessment program offers five year-one PD packages that provide one Launch and one Strengthen session for up to 30 participants per program. Additionally, within the program session descriptions, we’ve provided biliteracy guidance for schools/districts that are using mCLASS DIBELS 8th Edition and Lectura.

In part one of this session, intervention coordinators and interventionists will prepare to deliver mCLASS Intervention lessons and learn how to administer the diagnostic and progress monitoring measures.
In part two, intervention coordinators will learn the essentials of coordinating the Intervention program. This session is ideal for schools or districts that are newly implementing the mCLASS Intervention program.
